Where do you ship, and how much is delivery?

We ship across the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on every order, on a Delivered Duty Paid basis — the price at checkout is final, with no extra customs, import or handling charges on arrival.

How will I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we email your UPS tracking number and a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, email us at contact@rovenhall.com.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide. Check it before ordering, and if you're between sizes, follow the note in the product description — or email us and we'll help.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
